O deputado federal Ruy Carneiro (PSC) afirmou, na noite desta quinta-feira (13), que o piso nacional da enfermagem já pode ser pago a partir do mês de maio. O pagamento do novo salário da categoria foi suspenso pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) até que o Congresso aponte de onde virão os recursos para o custeio.
Os deputados já definiram que os as fontes serão de fundos que não entrarão no orçamento. O ministro do STF, Edson Fachin, acatou a origem dos recursos mas cobrou como seria feita a distribuição. Após dialogo com o governo foi definido por um Projeto de Lei do Congresso Nacional (PLN).
Em entrevista ao programa Hora H, apresentado pelos jornalista Heron Cid e Wallison Bezerra, na Rede Mais Rádio, Ruy adiantou que a matéria que já foi discutida com o governo e deverá ser apreciada pela Comissão de Orçamento da Câmara e, posteriormente, levada a plenário. Segundo Ruy Carneiro, a proposta resolverá essa última exigência do STF.
“O piso já estava definido pelo Congresso Nacional. Agora, na verdade é fazer uma viabilização. No nosso entendimento, eu acredito que no mês de maio a enfermagem já vai receber o novo piso após uma luta de mais de uma década em relação a essa questão”, enfatizou.
