Ministro Wellington Dias firma pacto em João Pessoa para ampliar oportunidades para o primeiro emprego
A empresa AeC assinou o Pacto de Inclusão Socioeconômico em parceria com o Ministério do Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social, em uma cerimônia realizada nesta segunda-feira (26), em João Pessoa.
O compromisso firmado tem como objetivo promover emprego e renda, beneficiando principalmente os jovens.
A AeC, que possui cerca de 45 mil colaboradores em todo o Brasil, sendo 13 mil na Paraíba, foi escolhida para sediar a visita do ministro Wellington Dias, e já contratou mais de 160 pessoas através do projeto do governo federal.
Um exemplo de sucesso desse projeto é Thiago de Miguel, um jovem de 18 anos que conseguiu seu primeiro emprego há três meses na AeC. Antes, ele tinha medo de perder o benefício do Bolsa Família, mas através dessa iniciativa, pôde ingressar no mercado de trabalho e garantir a renda familiar.
Durante a solenidade, o governador João Azevêdo elogiou a iniciativa do ministro Wellington Dias e destacou o potencial transformador do país ao fornecer oportunidades para os jovens.
O ministro do desenvolvimento e assistência social defendeu a importância do projeto do Bolsa Família e ressaltou que o objetivo é que os jovens tenham empregos formais, garantindo não apenas um salário, mas também proteção social.
O que é o projeto de Inclusão Socieconômico
O Pacto de Inclusão Socioeconômico busca gerar emprego e renda para pessoas em situação de pobreza e extrema pobreza.
O Ministério do Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social está trabalhando em parceria com estados, municípios, sociedade civil e setor privado para capacitar os inscritos no Cadastro Único e inseri-los no mercado de trabalho.
Através do convênio com a AeC, espera-se que sejam criados mais 4 mil empregos no segundo semestre, beneficiando a população da Paraíba.
