Já o aluno Esaú Batista ressaltou a questão do primeiro emprego, uma vez que ao surgir oportunidades, os jovens eram barrados pelos empregadores por não ter a capacitação necessária, e estes Cursos do PRONATEC, vem suprir esta carência, resolvendo a problemática antiga da falta de experiência.
